Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Vibdesign plugin and associated services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Vibdesign (“we”, “our”, or “us”), a company registered in France.

2. Description of Service

Vibdesign is a SaaS plugin for Framer that provides AI-powered design automation capabilities. The Service enables users to automate design tasks on the Framer canvas through natural language prompts, including text editing, style management, component creation, CMS operations, and other design workflow automation.

The Service routes requests to third-party AI providers (including Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and OpenRouter) depending on user configuration. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or output quality of any AI provider.

3. Subscription & Billing

Vibdesign offers the following plans:

  • Free plan — Access to core features with usage limits.
  • Pro plan — Full access to all features with higher usage limits, billed monthly or annually.

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days’ prior notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to paid features until that date.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
  • Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Circumvent usage limits or access controls.
  • Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service without our written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate this policy.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, design, text, and content created by us, is owned by Vibdesign and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain full ownership of any designs, content, or assets you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your inputs solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you submit does not infringe the rights of third parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vibdesign shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France and applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of France.

If you are a consumer located in the EU, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, notify you by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
